In 2002, Carlberg Associates began annual risk assessments for approximately 2800 trees at this 140-acre campus. Working closely with the Grounds and Facilities Departments, we elevated the quality of tree care and maintenance while enhancing the safety and usability of this historic campus. The college is committed to preserving the quality of their many historic courtyards, quads, allées, and open space landscapes.
We are excited how this liberal arts college continually embraces arboricultural and horticultural science and demonstrates this commitment through sustainable landscapes, preservation of mature trees in new construction projects, and through the introduction of appropriate plant material.
