Carlberg Associates was chosen in 2010 to assist premiere business litigation firm Quinn Emanuel Urquhart and Sullivan as they navigated through thousands of claims brought against a major utility as a result of the 2007 wildfires in north San Diego county. Carlberg visited over a hundred properties, assessed the damage to trees and landscapes, and prepared reports and value appraisals that provided reasonable remedy for losses.  These findings were presented at multiple mediations. We have also assisted many southern and northern California law firms in resolving disputes stemming from trip and fall, view, trespass, and tree root intrusion.
